Improve your visibility on search with the Eco-friendly badge. Google now awards an Eco-Friendly badge to businesses that display a level of sustainability in their practices. ‘Sustainability’ has been added as a new category within ‘Lodging Amenities’ to allow Google to see how sustainable a business is.
Path: Local > Locations
Step 1: From the ‘Listing Status’ section select the profile for which Lodging Amenities needs to be updated
Step 2: On the ‘Profile Summary’ page under ‘Business Details’ click on ‘Edit’ in the ‘Lodging Amenities’ section
Step 3: There is now a new category in Lodging Amenities called Sustainability. Users can select items relevant to their business
Step 4: After selecting the relevant items to your business click on 'Apply' to add them to your listing
