Content Generation
Introduction
Site Studio's Generate Content workflow helps teams create website content using context from the business profile, brand voice, target audience, reference website, page requirements, and individual page components. Instead of generating generic copy, users can provide context at the site, page, and component level before generation begins. This gives teams greater control over what AI creates while helping maintain consistency across multiple website pages.
Step 1: Select the Website
Log in to the platform.
Select the appropriate business from the business selector.
From the left navigation menu, select CMS.
Locate the profile containing the website you want to work with.
Select Manage Website.
If multiple websites are associated with the profile, select the required website from the dropdown.
The dropdown also displays the current status of each website, such as In Development, helping you select the correct site before making changes.

Step 2: Open Pages and Start Content Generation
After opening the website:
From the left navigation menu, select Manage Content.
Select Pages.
Review the pages currently configured for the website.
Select Generate Content at the top of the page.

The Generate Content workflow opens and guides you through two stages:
Site content context
Review Page briefs
Step 3: Configure the Site Content Context
The first stage establishes information that can be inherited across the pages selected for generation.
Site Studio pulls available information from the client profile and allows you to choose the context that should guide AI-generated content.
Configure the following:
Brand Voice
Open the Brand voice dropdown.
Select the Brand Voice that should be applied to the generated website content.
Review the tone information displayed beneath the selection.
A Brand Voice is required before you can continue.
Target Audience
Open the Target audience dropdown.
Select the audience the website should communicate with.
Review the audience attributes displayed beneath the selection, such as gender and age groups.
A Target Audience is also required before continuing.

Using the correct Brand Voice and Target Audience helps the generated copy stay consistent with how the business communicates and who the website is intended to reach.
Step 4: Select a Reference Website
Under Reference material & discovery inputs, you can provide an existing website as additional context.
Open the Reference site dropdown.
Select an available reference website.
Review the ingestion information displayed beneath the selected website.
The selected reference website can provide existing business information that helps Site Studio create more contextually relevant content.
Note: Only websites that have already been ingested for the profile can be selected. Website ingestion cannot be started from within the Generate Content workflow.
Step 5: Add Additional Site-Level Instructions
Use Additional instructions when you want to provide guidance that should influence the generated website content.
For example, instructions can be used to specify:
How information from the reference website should be used
Which existing pages should influence the new content
Information that should receive additional emphasis
Information that should not be included
How existing content should be reflected in the new site
The field supports up to 1,000 characters.
Because these instructions are provided at the site level, they help establish broader guidance for the content-generation process.
Once the site context is ready, select Continue.
Step 6: Select the Pages for Content Generation
The Review Page briefs stage displays the pages available for generation.
The panel on the left shows how many pages are currently selected.
You can:
Use the checkboxes to include or exclude individual pages.
Select or clear groups of related pages where applicable.
Select Clear all if you want to remove all current selections.
Use Search pages to quickly find a specific page.
Select a page from the list to review its individual content brief.
This allows you to generate content across the entire website or limit generation to specific pages.

Step 7: Review the Page Content Brief
For each selected page, open the Page content brief tab.
The page brief provides more specific guidance for that page and includes three important areas.
Reference Pages
You can associate a specific page from the selected reference website with the page being generated.
Enter the required reference-page URL in Add a reference page link.
Select Add.
Only one reference page can be associated with an individual page.
This gives the AI more precise source material when a particular existing page contains information that should influence the new version.
Content Outline
The Content outline is pre-filled from the selected template.
Review the suggested purpose and structure of the page.
Edit the outline if the generated page should focus on different information.
For example, the Home page shown in the workflow includes guidance around positioning, location, amenities, dining, calls to action, and other key sections.
Topics to Include
The Topics to include field is also pre-filled from the template outline.
Review the suggested topics.
Add, remove, or modify topics based on the purpose of the page.
These page-level inputs allow the content for each page to be more specific while still inheriting the broader Site Content Context.
Step 8: Review the Page Architecture
Select the Page architecture tab to see the components included in the page template.

The page structure is taken from the selected template and displays the components that make up the page, such as:
Navigation
Booking widgets
Hero banners
Image sections
Amenities sections
Feature sections
You can expand supported content-generating sections to provide additional guidance.
Select the arrow beside a component.
Enter any optional details or ideas for that specific section.
Repeat this for other sections that require additional context.
This provides another level of control over generation.
The workflow therefore supports three levels of context:
Site-level context, for guidance shared across the website
Page-level context, for the purpose and topics of an individual page
Component-level context, for specific sections within a page
You do not need to add additional instructions to every component. Sections without additional guidance will continue to use the broader site and page context.
Step 9: Preview the Page Structure
Before starting generation, select Preview page.

The preview allows you to inspect the page layout and template structure before content generation begins.
Use the preview to check:
Overall page structure
Navigation
Hero sections
Amenities and feature areas
Calls to action
Content sections
Page flow
At this stage, some areas may still contain placeholder content or images because generation has not yet been completed.
Return to the Generate Content workflow when you have finished reviewing the page.
Step 10: Review Other Pages
Repeat the review process for any other important pages selected for generation.
For each page, you can:
Review or modify its Content Outline.
Review or modify Topics to Include.
Add a reference page where appropriate.
Review the Page Architecture.
Add component-level instructions where greater specificity is needed.
Preview the page structure.
You do not need to customize every page manually. Pages without additional page-level or component-level instructions can generate using the Site Content Context and the information provided by their templates.
Step 11: Start AI Content Generation
When the selected pages and their briefs are ready:
Select Generate content.
Review the confirmation message.

The confirmation window displays the number of selected pages for which content and images will be generated.
Before proceeding, note the following:
Once generation starts, you cannot return to the context and Page Brief steps for that generation run.
Content generation runs in the background.
The platform will send an email when the generated content is ready.
If you need to make additional changes, select Cancel and return to the workflow.
When everything is ready, select Generate now.
Step 12: Confirm That the Pages Have Been Sent for Generation
After generation begins, you are returned to the Pages screen.
A confirmation message appears at the top of the page indicating that the selected pages have been sent for AI Content Generation.

You can continue working elsewhere in the platform while generation runs in the background.
Once processing is complete, use the notification or email provided by the platform to return to the generated website content and review the results.
Recommended Workflow
For the strongest results, use the available context from broadest to most specific:
Brand Voice to establish how the business communicates.
Target Audience to establish who the content should address.
Reference Site to provide existing business information.
Additional Instructions to establish website-wide guidance.
Page Content Briefs to define the purpose of individual pages.
Topics to Include to specify important subjects.
Reference Pages to provide page-specific source material.
Page Architecture instructions to guide individual components.
Preview Page to validate the structure before generation.
Generate Content once the context has been reviewed.
The more relevant context Site Studio receives before generation, the better positioned it is to create website content that reflects the business, audience, page intent, and individual website experience.
