In some cases, the data displayed on Milestone Insights may not match data from other sources or be inaccurate. There are a number of reasons for this. Follow these steps to ensure the accuracy of data on Milestone Insights.
- Check if the URLs for your profile and competitors are 200OK.
- Check if the sources are configured and the URLs are connected.
- Keywords are uploaded.
- Check when the URLs were configured, if less than a week, you need to wait for 1st crawl completion.
- If sources are added and URLs(Profile and competitor) is 200OK contact your CSM.
