Smarter and Safer Multilingual Website Management
What’s New
Managing multilingual websites is becoming faster and safer. Updates made to a primary page can now flow automatically to its language versions, while locally edited content can remain protected.
Teams can also clearly identify content that has been customized for a particular language, decide whether to retain those changes, and manage additions or removals across language versions without performing a full synchronization.
Translation processing has also been optimized, reducing the time required for many synchronization workflows.
What’s Next
Milestone will continue expanding translation coverage across CMS experiences and validating multilingual behavior across areas such as SEO configuration, localized formats, and additional website functionality.
Why It Matters
Global brands need to keep websites current without accidentally replacing carefully localized content. A safer synchronization model reduces the risk of lost edits, removes repetitive translation-management work, and helps businesses deliver updates across markets faster while preserving local relevance.
Self-Service Page, Folder, and URL Management
What’s New
Website teams can now manage more of their site structure directly within Page Studio. Users can create folders, organize pages into logical hierarchies, move content, and manage URL structures without requiring a support or development request for routine changes.
When live pages are moved, redirect handling is also built into the workflow to help protect existing traffic.
What’s Next
Milestone will continue validating more complex site structures and the SEO signals connected to them, helping ensure that redirects, navigation structures, schema, and other website relationships remain aligned as sites evolve.
Why It Matters
Large websites change constantly. When reorganizing content requires backend intervention, simple updates can turn into support tickets and lengthy coordination.
Giving website teams direct control reduces operational overhead, speeds up site restructuring, and makes it easier to maintain clear, logical website experiences as businesses grow.
Schema Manager
Enterprise Schema for Large Ecommerce Catalogs
What’s New
Milestone has introduced a new approach for managing structured data across very large ecommerce catalogs.
Instead of relying on periodic page-by-page processing, Milestone can work directly with enterprise product feeds, enrich the information with structured data, and make updated schema available for server-side implementation.
The approach is designed to respond much faster to frequently changing product information such as pricing, availability, descriptions, and brand data.
What’s Next
The framework can be extended to additional retail and ecommerce customers. Milestone plans to make the deployment process increasingly repeatable and scalable, with the longer-term goal of enabling broader teams to manage these implementations with less engineering involvement.
Why It Matters
Product information can change far faster than a traditional website crawl can keep up with. For businesses managing hundreds of thousands of product pages, stale structured data can quickly become a visibility and accuracy problem.
Connecting schema more closely with product data helps search engines and emerging AI-powered shopping experiences receive fresher, richer information while giving enterprise retailers a practical way to manage structured data at massive scale.
Enterprise-Level Schema Performance Reporting
What’s New
Multi-location and multi-brand organizations can now analyze Schema performance across groups of business profiles rather than reviewing each location individually.
Teams can evaluate performance by dimensions such as brand, market, city, country, or selected groups of profiles and then analyze or export the combined results.
What’s Next
Milestone will continue strengthening enterprise reporting so agencies and large organizations can analyze structured-data performance across increasingly complex business structures without having to assemble reports manually.
Why It Matters
Enterprise reporting should answer business questions, not create additional administrative work.
Previously, teams often had to extract results one profile at a time and combine them outside the platform. Consolidated reporting reduces that manual effort and makes it easier for brands and agencies to understand where Schema is performing, compare markets, and identify where additional attention is needed.
